🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
At Aetmaad, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a transparent and simple returns and refunds process.
📦 Return Eligibility
You can initiate a return under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and invoices.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return:
Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items.
Products bought on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
🔁 How to Request a Return
Email us at support@aetmaad.co.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if the product is damaged or wrong).
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or share the return address based on your location.
💸 Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For prepaid orders: refund will be processed to your bank, credit card, or wallet.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: we’ll request your bank details via email for the refund.
✅ You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired product.
❗ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the return policy will apply.
To cancel, email us as soon as possible at support@aetmaad.co.in with your Order ID.
